Additional Fees
For original art pieces (paintings on canvas or paper, drawings and collages): shipping to destinations in Japan costs $11 - $16 per painting, depending on location. When shipping outside of Japan, there will be a shipping fee of $19 - $49 per painting, depending on the destination in the world (sent by Japan Post) or $240 when shipping a painting to the US (sent by FedEx International Priority; for other destinations with FedEx - other shipment fees will apply). Shipping costs will be added during checkout.
For products other than original art pieces - the following shipping costs will apply:
to Japan, China and 189 other countries in Asia, Africa, and North & South Americas: flat rate of $15 per order, $5 per item
to Europe: flat rate of $7 per order, $2 per item
to the United States: flat rate of $6 per order, $2 per item
to Canada: flat rate of $8 per order, $2 per item
to Australia and New Zealand: flat rate of $9 per order, $2 per item
Exchanges & Returns Policy
＜Returns and exchanges requested by customers＞
For original art pieces we have a 10-day exchange policy - if you aren't completely satisfied you can exchange the piece within 10 days for a piece of equal or greater value (return shipping paid by customer).
For any other products (other than original art pieces): If you are unhappy with the quality, require a different size or don’t want the product anymore: unused items can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact Karolina (karolina.s.morinaga@gmail.com) within 10 days of the arrival of the item.
＜Returns and exchanges for defective goods＞
For products other than original art pieces: If the item gets damaged in the mail or turns out to be defective - send a photo of the damaged or defective goods to karolina.s.morinaga@gmail.com and we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
Delivery times
Orders with original art pieces will be processed within 6-12 business days.
Orders with products other than art original art pieces are realized within 14 business days.
